These are piston rings for 13HP clone engine. They were originally used on the the Blue Max clone engine on generators imported by Jiang Dong, Ltd. China.

Brand Names of generators that used this style of part include Contractor Line, Powerwise, Chicago Electric, Cummings, WildFire, and DuroPower.
Most of these units were sold under the private brand names, but few bear the JD logo.
