How to make a homemade clutch puller?

How to make a homemade clutch puller?
1. Gather materials:
You will need a piece of flat metal, such as a steel plate or sheet, a piece of round metal, a drill, drill bit, and a set of bolts and nuts.

2. Cut the metal into two pieces:
a flat piece and a round piece.
The round piece should be slightly larger than the clutch’s diameter.

3. Drill holes in the flat piece, according to the size of the bolts and nuts.

4. Place the flat piece against the clutch and the round piece against the outside of the clutch.

5. Secure the pieces together with the bolts and nuts.

6. Insert the drill bit into the hole and slowly rotate to pull the clutch off the shaft.

How to get clutch off without puller?
If you do not have a clutch puller, you can use a couple of large flathead screwdrivers to gently pry the clutch off the crankshaft.

Place the flathead screwdriver near the edge of the clutch and then use another screwdriver to carefully and gradually pry the clutch off.

Make sure to go around the circumference of the clutch and work in small increments to ensure that you do not damage the crankshaft or the clutch.
